1) Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee (cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on availability and our staff).
2) Guests who stay past the (agreed) check-out time or cause a delay in cleaning are liable for all resulting costs and expenses. Guests are not permitted to make reservations within their own place of residence. For justifiable reasons, a booking may be requested but must be confirmed in writing by NewLiving24 Bulgaria EOOD beforehand.
3) Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies or in common areas (e.g., stairwells, pool). For violations of the smoking ban, we charge a fee of EUR 300 plus the costs of professional cleaning and potential damage repairs.
4) Commercial photography or video recordings without prior written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited.
5) The number of guests in the accommodation must not exceed the number specified at the time of booking. We charge EUR 30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
6) Pets are not allowed. Violations of the pet policy may result in an additional cleaning fee.
7) Guests with service animals are requested to contact us before their stay. Guests are responsible and liable for the replacement costs of lost keys, key cards, or remote controls.
8) Noise level monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive volume. Video surveillance is installed in public areas.
9) Guests are fully responsible and liable for damages or losses to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.
